Step By Step to Fitness

‘The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.’

Keeping it simple!

At the DeSoto location of West Clinic each Monday from 6-7 P.M. (beginning in June), Wings will offer a Step By Step to Fitness support group. 

Come enjoy taking steps of fitness with us!  Body and soul benefit when we put on our walking shoes and move to music.  Movement and steps will be simple, music will be fun, and camaraderie will be motivational! 

Each participant will wear a pedometer as an encouragement toward daily step goals.  Karen Sudduth is facilitator and fellow traveler, looking forward to a fun journey!  Call Karen, 662.996.1083, for more information.
