Programs Coordinator, Southaven
Karen Sudduth has joined the Wings Staff and will be
our new full time Wings Programs Coordinator in the Desoto office. When diagnosed with breast cancer, Karen Sudduth began
a journey to heal her body and fight for her health. While undergoing treatment at The West
Clinic, she unexpectedly discovered the Wings Gallery—and a
new world of art. Resolved that her
diagnosis would make a difference in her life, Sudduth decided to create a painting
each time she had a treatment. Many survivors already know Karen as she has been a Wings
Volunteer for several years working as our Artist in Residence in the Humphreys

Manning an “art cart”, Sudduth now encourages other patients to explore
