Finger Labyrinth
Click here to experience the calming effects of the labyrinth on your desktop.

We invite you to take a virtual labyrinth walk whenever you feel the balancing effects of a labyrinth experience would be beneficial. Simply use your mouse, finger or stylus for your walk. For maximum relaxation benefit, a finger labyrinth should be “walked” several times in succession. You may want to try your walk using your less dominate hand for more of a challenge. It will slow you down and give you more time for reflection. We encourage you to print this finger labyrinth so that you may take advantage of the labyrinth’s calming potential any time, any place.

Click here to print a finger labyrinth that is a replica of Wings’ labyrinth.

Finger Lab Column
Some info to put in the right column. Only on the Finger Labryinth page, though.
