Basic Smoothie

½ cup milk of any kind or yogurt
¼ cup orange juice (try a different juice if this one is too acid, or leave out)
¾ cup (about 5) strawberries or fruit of your choice (use frozen or fresh)
½ teaspoon vanilla, optional

For added nutrition, consider adding one, or all, of the following:
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 - 2 tablespoons dry oatmeal (for fiber)
½ tablespoon olive or coconut oil  

Blend all in blender.  Add more milk, juice or water if needed. Add ice if you want a slushy texture.
